1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return guidelines. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item in your order.
- The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (for eligible products).
For hygiene and legal reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cannabis products.
2. Reporting a Return Issue
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damaged or incorrect product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
3. Refund & Replacement Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Replacement: A new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Discounted or clearance items
- Perishable cannabis edibles and tinctures
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
